World Bank urges rich countries to help Africa
Bank President Robert Zoellick in a speech delivered on his behalf at the summit of the African Union in Addis Ababa that the poorer nations need to be safety programs consistent with their capabilities in their application. He pointed out that there is a need to finance the program well-designed and effective secure access for poor countries, such as food for work programs and conditional financial transfers and nutrition programs in schools
