Mohmmad Yunus is a leading authority on micro-lending and poverty alleviation. The book chronicles a one man's struggle against fighting poverty against all odds. Very easy to read and focuses on the issues and events and not the individual. After reading this book I had to re-examine and change my existing misconceptions about poverty.The story of the Grameen bank is an excellent example of how social change initiatives can be combined with government and private industry support to acheive a greater outcome than the organization could acheive by itself.
